My passion for helping women walk boldly and authentically, without shrinking, is brithed from my own journey of holding back. For years, I “dumbed down” my voice and brilliance, believing it would make others more comfortable. I brought innovative ideas to the table, solutions that improved efficiency, accuracy, accountability, and automation, but the ideas were not always welcomed. There were times that my presence was not welcomed.  The changes didn’t threaten jobs; they revealed flaws in systems and challenged comfort zones, which made people uneasy.

In response, I began to shrink. I stopped showing up fully, thinking it would preserve peace, but instead, it stifled growth, not just mine, but others’. I lost my voice, my confidence, and my sense of identity. I became a people pleaser while feeling deeply disconnected from myself.

That experience awakened a truth I now live by: shrinking helps no one thrive. Today, I empower women to rise unapologetically, embrace their divine identity, and lead with clarity and confidence, because when we show up fully, we give others permission to do the same.
